1. What do you do all day? – Work with others to improve the health and outcomes for people of Luton.
2. Why do you do it? – It’s a calling and I love it!
3. How can you do it better? – More active listening.
4. What positive differences do you make? – Supporting my team in achieving individually and collectively, especially on the ‘difficult’ days.
